Project Overview
Regimen is a task management application designed to help creatives stay focused and get their work done efficiently. It provides specialized tools tailored to the workflow and challenges unique to creative professionals, ensuring they can maintain productivity without sacrificing creativity.
Timeline
The project lasted three months, starting with user research to identify key pain points. After ideation and prototyping, we tested and refined the design based on feedback, resulting in a user-centered app aimed at enhancing productivity.
Background
Regimen was created to address productivity challenges faced by creatives, focusing on reducing distractions and improving task management. The goal was to design an intuitive app that helps users stay focused and achieve their daily goals.
Process
The process began with in-depth user research to identify pain points and needs. This led to ideation and wireframing, followed by the creation of interactive prototypes. We conducted usability testing and iterated the design based on feedback, ensuring the final product was intuitive, focused on user needs, and optimized for productivity.

Regimen’s Focus Mode helps users minimize distractions by blocking notifications and setting specific work intervals. This feature enables creatives to stay focused, increase productivity, and accomplish tasks without interruptions.
Task Management
Regimen offers a streamlined task management system that allows users to break down projects into manageable tasks, set deadlines, and track progress. This ensures that users stay organized and meet their goals efficiently.
